Sometimes things come up that are unavoidable requiring either you, our client, or us to have to cancel a shuttle. In the interest of avoiding possible misunderstandings regarding deposits and/or pre-payments should something like this occur we have posted our policy below.
ALL deposits and/or pre-payments are non-refundable regardless of the reason for the cancellation effective 01MARCH2015. If you need to cancel a pre-arranged pickup in order to re-schedule for another date/time, we will accommodate this need if at all possible using the deposit you have already made.
Should we find out we will be unable to provide a scheduled shuttle because of some difficulty on our end that is unavoidable we will issue credit for the amount(s) received for the affected shuttle(s) toward your next hike’s shuttle during the current hiking season, and, if you wish, attempt to find another shuttle service in the area of the intended pickup to provide your transportation in our place.
